Query Help

P: 1
Hi, I'm trying to write two querys for a mailing database. I have a "next mailing date" field - and i've written a query that is to be run once a week, every week, and if the next mailing date is equal to today's date (+ or - 7 days) - it prints out a form ready to be mailed!

My problem is in the next query. I need to write a query that automatically updates the records in a table whose mail has just been sent out. i.e. modifies next mailing date to be: the date that query #1 occurred + 3 years (since we verify them automatically every 3 years)... Can anyone guide me as to how to write a function that can edit the information in a table?

Thanks, Sabrina :D
