Strange Report Problem

When a customer previews an Access report there are no numbers on the
report. All the text is there but the numbers are blank. (there are numbers
that should be printing)

The font is Arial TT and the report previews/prints OK on many other
computers.

I had him check the font on his computer and on the sample numbers printed
OK.

Reinstalling our program and Access was no help.

It's an A2000 mde that the customer is using and he has A2003

Any ideas?

I've sometimes have stuff like what you are experiencing and sometimes
this solution has worked. I create a new form or report. I then select
all code from the old one and paste it into the new one. I then copy
each band from the old to the new. Then I save. The new one works.
Maybe there's some corruption on the old object, I really don't know the
reason.

Maybe that will work.

Turn off Themes.

Check the 'numeral shapes' property on the report.
