New form 2 unbound items can't input data into them

Hello,

I have a new form I created with two fields:
USER_ID and PASSWORD which are simple unbound items. The perplexing
thing is that I cannot input data into either. They are enable and unlocked.
I can tab to them, but I can't put in anything. The password field I have
set to password input mask and shows a single *.

Any help would be great!

Thanks,

Steve

Not sure, but the only way I reproduce the symptoms you are describing
was to set the AllowEdits property of the form to False. If the form
isn't bound, those can (I think) be safely set to True/yes for all
AllowEdit/Update/Delete... because there's no recordset behind the
thing anyway.

But then I could be talking outta my ... umm... nevermind.
