Alternate Install

I am using Access 2000 to develop an small program.

Is there any alternative to MS Office Developer Edition to distribute an
executable version of the program.
I can't assume that Access is or will be installed on the users computer.

There is no way to make an executable version of an Access app. Even the
Developer Edition does not do this. All it does is give you the means and
license to distribute a "run-only" version of Access along with your file.
Ultimately the same Access executable is always required.

I mean that the runtime that you can distribute after purchasing the developers
tools IS Microsoft Access. It uses the same executable file MSAccess.exe. All
it has are hundreds of registry entries that prevent it from being used as a
licensed copy.
