Open Select Records in a Form

P: n/a
I have a table with a finite number of records relating to performance
measures. I also have a form (form 1) which users can uses to update
certain fields on the table. My problem is that form 1 pulls all
records in the table. I need users to be able to select only one record
to update. Any suggestions?

Thanks

UPDATE MySourceTable
SET MyField=somevalue,
MyField2=someothervalue
WHERE MySourceTable!IDField=Forms!MyOpenForm!MyIDField;
