Problems with Pie Charts on Access Reports

I have a report with pie chart. I formatted the chart with what my own formats like putting the legent at the bottom, changing the size of fonts, etc. When I use that same report format into another set of data, the labels on the pie chart moved to another place on the chart and thus to all the other set of data, in other words the labels are not aligned anymore to the pies and sometimes they overlap each other.

How can I set the pie chart so that the labels move proportionately with the pies for every set of data.
