I Have established a form in the following manner:
Table - "Supplier" - one field - Supplier - Listed Suppliers Used
Table - "Supplier Updates" a number of fields including "Supplier
Query - SupplierQ - Record Source "Table - Supplier"
Mainform - Record Source "Query - SupplierQ" - Combo Box - Select Row
Source "Supplier from SupplierQ
Subform - Record Source "Table - Supplier Updates"
Child Link Fields - "Supplier"
I simply want to select a Supplier from the Drop Down List to find the
same Supplier in the Supplier Update form, which it does, and hit the
enter button to move into my subform then update the information as
necessary. This works, however, it also adds a duplicated Supplier to
my Supplier Table that shows in the Drop Down Menu.
How do I stop this duplication?
