Convert rows to columns

I have a database with monthly data for each client, each row another month. How can I convert these rows into colums, in order to have 1 row per client?

Example:
Client A 1 2354
Client A 2 4584
Client A 3 10112
Client B 1 1245
Client B 2 3556
Client B 3 2222
...

And I would like to get to:
Client A 1 2354 2 4584 3 10112
Client B 1 1245 2 3556 3 2222
...
