Creating a quote comma delimited .txt file from Access

I am using MS Access 2000 & have a table in which I want to convert the data into a quote comma delimited .txt file.

ex. "John", "Doe", "student", ...

Any ideas on how to do this? Any help is truly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
