Help with Error

Hi All,
In an AccessXP application I have a vba process which creates a
document on the users 'c' drive and then opens and attaches that
document to the users mail client which in this case is Groupwise. This
process works fine for all users except one, the one user gets the
following error message;

"Error 2147221934 was Returned"

in a pop-up box within Access. I've looked and tested all over and can
not get this user fixed. I've tried re-installing Access and GroupWise
and still get the same error. Has anyone seen this error message
before???

check the path that Groupwise uses for opening attachments.
(C:\Program Files\Novell\Groupwise\tmp\) or similar for
undeletable files.
