Format Time in textbox

I have a form with a textbox where the user will enter in a time they
start a job. They also have a second textbox to enter a stop time. I
want the user to just be able to type in the military time without
having to key in a colon. Ex= user keys in 1300 instead of 13:00 . Is
there a way to format the value to Short Time using vba?

I believe if you use these property values on your textbox you'll get what
you're after:

Format h:nn (governs the display, shows 13:30 as 13:30)
or
Format h:nn ampm (governs the display, shows 13:30 as 1:30 PM)
Input mask: 00:00;0;_

That input mask require 4 characters of input, always, strictly military.
