Dear all nice guys,

I would like to ask how to use one command button to perform 2 data operations such as update fields value and save current record into database.

Please provide some guidance or information available on the web.

Thank you for kind attention!

In fact you don't need to save your current record in your database because Access have done it!

It is needed when you want to refresh urgently your information but in your case I don't think so!

If you want to add a functionnality to a buton U need to click on the events tab in the properties of this buton and assign a macro for on click event for exemple! Your macro can contain more than 1 functionnality!

Also U can write a sub where you have an enormous set of opportunities! :)
