How to avoid 'Permission denied' error with Scripting Runtime?

I want to move a directory and its contents with this code:

Dim fso As Scripting.FileSystemObject
Set fso = New FileSystemObject
fso.MoveFolder strSource, strDestination

I'm running Access 2003 on WinXP, logged in as Administrator.

Is there any way to get around this error:

Error Number 70: Permission denied

Thanks in advance.
