conversion : access 97 to access 2k or xp

Hello to all ,
i need help on how to convert my access application from 97 to 2k or xp , i need to know what to change in code if anything needed to be changed , and if i can runit without changing anything in code , i mean using reference to Microsoft DAO 2.5/3.5 compatability object , so can i run it on access 2k or xp without changing to Microsoft DAO 3.6 Object library , and if iahve to use the new object refence what should i change ?

Using the updated version of access open the 97 version. Upon initial opening it will ask you if you want to open or convert it. Chose to convert it. Once the conversion is complete you should be fully functional.
