Access 2002-2003 creation query string

I'm trying to make a DB program for personal use. I also use vs.net
and want to use vb.net as the front end of my db. Is there a way I can
get the db creation string from access to use in my vb.net code?

Not sure, but I am guessing you are asking how to create
a .mdb file using vb.net.
