Record Last Updated

I have an access database and I often need to check when a record was last
changed by a user. Is there a simple way to achieve this

Access does not record this data, but you can do it if all updates are done
through forms.

Add a date/time field named (say) UpdatedOn to your table.

In the BeforeUpdate event procedure of the form:
Me.UpdatedOn = Now()
