transfering data

I am creating a database that allows a person to customize a new database
according to how they want it. So the database I create should be able to
allow someone to click on a "new" button which then takes the user through a
series of steps that sets up a new customized database to use. I'm fairly
new to access so can someone tell me how I can create my database so when
someone wants to create a new database and goes through the setup process,
that the tables and information entered during this process will be saved
into the new database created? The database that I create will not have any
information stored in it because the user who customizes and makes their own
database will import or enter in the data that they specifically want for
their database.

Thanks for any input you have!
