MS Access 2003 OfficeLinks - Disable Excel

I would like to disable the "Analyze It with Microsoft Office Excel"
selection of the OfficeLinks menu item at the start of the application.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I'm not aware of a method to disable it per se, but you can always provide
users with custom menus with the option omitted.

Keith.
