Form that enters data into multiple tables

P: n/a
I have a database with multiple tables that are all linked by a "site
id" field. For any given record the site id field is identical within
all the tables. Is there anyway to create a form with a textbox that
will record the site id to multiple tables?

If you create subforms on your main form, and add records to the
subform, the site id (foreign key) will automatically be written to the
child tables...

There are many ways. The most common would have a master form based
on the table where site_id is the primary key, Subforms on that
form will have site_id autopopulated if the proper relations have
been set in the "link child fields" and "link parent fields"
properties of each subform.

You may also be able to do it by using a query instead of the table
as the record source for the form.
