Using Steve Lebans' Rich Text ReportUtilitiesVer76 - Error

Hi Steve, I hope you can help me with this. In Access 97, I'm getting
the following error.

"The formats that enable you to output data as a Microsoft Excel,
rich-text format, MS-DOS text, or HTML file are missing from the
Windows Registry.
Run Setup to reinstall Microsoft Access or, if you're familiar with the
settings in the Registry, try to correct them yourself. etc.

I've looked at this:
http://groups.google.com/group/comp....ee8d0df0714907

but don't see a solution here.

Anyhow, I am wondering if I need a different solution.
My client is actually typesetting advertisements and wants to email
them to the graphics person, with fonts intact.

It appears from your form that your report utility will export as .emf
or .wmf. Am I missing something? Assuming I could work out this
error, would it allow me to I take the information from the RTF's and
produce a word document with formatting in it?

Thanks for your help (and your material!)

For A97, you must install the SR1(Service Release 1) in order for Access to
be able to export to Snapshot format.

If I were you, I would output to PDF instead of my RTF solution.

1. I have SR2 installed, what else could it be?
2. How does one export to pdf? (I tried save as\export but pdf is not
a choice. rtf is. Would that work?
3. Will pdf be cut and pastable?
