a bit stuck

I have a form "Offers" and a subform "OfferDetails".
I created a button on "Offers" to run a parameter query to limit the
list of values on a combo box in the subform.
The problem is that when i requery the control box on the subform all
previous records of the control (datasheet view) disappear! (they are
not deleted, they don't show up).

Is there a way to requery only the current record of the combo box?

I have tried several expressions using me. or me! but i haven't
succeeded....

Maros or VBA?

What's your current Requery command look like.

You should be able to use:

Form_Offers!OfferDetails!ComboBoxName.Requery

(watch for word wrap)

or Forms("Offers")... if you like.

Make sure you are only changing the RowSource property of the combo and
not the RecordSource prop of the subform.

Well I'm using VBA:
Private Sub Command53_Click()
DoCmd.OpenQuery "ProductSelection"
DoCmd.Close acQuery, "ProductSelection"
Form_Offers!OfferDetails!OfferDetailsProduct.Reque ry
End Sub

but when the combobox (OfferDetailsProduct) is requeried the all
previous records of the control (datasheet view) disappear! (they are
not deleted, they don't show up).

how do i change the rowsouce property?
the combobox has the following structure:

SELECT ProductSelection.ProductID, ProductSelection.*ροϊόν,
ProductSelection.Τιμή, ProductSelection.ProductAvailability,
ProductSelection.ProductPriceDate FROM ProductSelection ORDER BY
ProductSelection.*ροϊόν;

(ignore greek words, the are expressions)
