Create a macro to send object by email

BG
Can anyone explain how to create a macro to send a report to a
person/group by using the input values entered in a report query?
I generate a report by inputting date and ID # and each report should
be sent to the corresponding email address related to the ID. I do not
want to make one macro for each ID. When I had few IDs, I used to
create one Macro for each ID and it worked fine. Now I have 100s of
IDs. Can I have the addresses and IDs in a table and pull that
information for sending the reports? I have a query to populate the
fields of the report by entering the date and ID.
Thanks.
