Simple conditions for comboboxes but without query

I do have a very simple database

table products
table parts
table customers
table support calls

Two forms:

Form 1
In one form the customer info (like name etc.) has to be filled in but
also two field which product he has (he can have 2 products)

Form 2
Then I have a form to fill in support calls.
I choose:
The customer
The product about who he has the problem
The part of the product. One partname can only belong to one product,
1:1 relation

When I do not want to use queries how to perform the following:

That when I choose the customer from the combo
-> its product has has appears to be choosen
-> the part belonging to the choosen product

I use Access 2003 and have a certain level of VB knowledge

What's wrong with using a query? Is your data not normalized? I
can't think of a reason NOT to use one...
