Verweis auf Berichte in sep. MDB (A2K)

P: n/a

Hallo miteinander,

Wolfgang

This is not a german NG, but here's a link to a german KB-article :

You can also use microsoft.public.de access, and have a look at the German

Hi Jens

thank you for your hints ... Now, I wonder, what would be the best
thing to do, because I noticed, that the ,,external" reports need
all the datasources (queries and tables) which were originally (and
still are) in my original database ...

I do have many queries in my ,,original" databases which (not all,
but some) are used by my forms as well as my reports ...

Do I have to move all of them to the external database? But then I have
double queries which is not my intention ... ?

Is there an easy-to-handly way, to leave the queries in my original DB
and to access them from my reports (in the external database) ?

Thank you very much in advance

Wolfgang

So, why don't you keep your reports in the originally Database ?

But suggest, you start a new thread in a german NG - I feel a bit more
comfortable in my native language ;-)
