Record Limitation in Data Access Page - Access 2000

I am developing a Data Access Page based on a table of 48,000 records -
this will be a minimum. When I attempt to retrieve the records I am
only seeing a small subset. I have no option to change my Default Max
Records Property under Tools\Options, and I cannot locate this property
anywhere in the Data Access Page itself. Any suggestions?
