Hiding Unwanted fields in Access

P: 1
I am creating a Database which will generate a Record of Achievement report with a pupil's lessons on the report. The problem that I am having is that I cannot completely hide the unwanted fields. I have used the can shrink feature and it hides the report but leaves a space on the report where it used to be. Do you have any ideas to how to remove this space as well??

I usually just set the visibility of the unwanted fields to false. To alleviate the blanks I just set another field on top of the invisible one.

You can set the visibility using either the properties box or in code (textbox.visible = false).

Hope this helps
