Use-Case Tool (UML)

i have a problem in designing my Use-Case tool where i can't find the
right codes to design an object, the actor..how to design the actor
using few codes with combination of shapes;line and circle..could anyone
help me what's the code for drawing an actor..i just trying to develop
this tool using VB6..
