here's one solution: remove the parameter from the query. put an unbound
textbox control or combo box control on the form, so the user can choose the
value to be queried against. add code the the control's AfterUpdate event
procedure to requery the subform, as
Me!SubformControlName.Form.Requery
note that you must make sure you are using the *correct* name of the subform
control. if you're not sure, go to
http://home.att.net/~california.db/instructions.html and click the
SubformControlName link for illustrated instructions on how to identify the
correct name.
in the query design view, put criteria on the field that previously had the
parameter, with a reference to the unbound control on the form, as
Forms!FormName!UnboundControlName

I have a subform whose source is a parameter query. How can I
programatically change query parameters and refresh subform without
showing "Enter Parameter Value" dialog?
