Catastropic Failure

Hello friends
i am making a mapping application in the acces for a chemical firm.
I have to parts in the form.

A the left side- one combo box and one listbox
the combo box populatesthe listbox
in the list box show the two propeteis of a component in the two colum
and in the third column the name from the right side with which it is
mapped

on the right- three combo box depending on the combo above it and when
all the combo are filled then it populates the text box

Every thing is fine in the application it is running very well when i
perform the mapping

but when it comes to remove the mapping it shows "catastropic
error"

For remove mapping i select one one more then one rows form the left
side list box then i click the delete button it remove the mapping

But when i populated any control from the right side control and try to
remove mapping it is showing catastropic error.

i am wired i dont find any reason why it is showing this error. as no
control of the right side is any way related to these things.

if anyone has any idea abut it wuld be great
thanks
takecare
love
Amit
