Printing reports - w/ one button - multiple copies

Hello,
Currently I have a form that I want to print, 5 times for each
AUTONUMBER I specify (i.e. print #654 5 times). I have created 5
reports, each with a different header/footer according to my needs. How
do I create a button/macro/command to print ALL 5 according to the
Autonumber I select? In other words, for each record I want to print 5
reports, the same basic data but different headers/footers.

Thanks!!

well, if you've already built the five separate reports, then just run a
macro or VBA procedure on your command button's Click event, with five
OpenReport actions - one for each report object.

thanks - will do this. What if I want each report to go to a specific
record each time? For instance, if I am looking at my 6th 'order' (or
form), and I want the report to display this one, what do I do?

better yet - if when I click on the button--before opening the 5
forms--it asks me for which page of the report to load. (1st page is
1st order and so on, stays this way). That way I could print page 4 of
every report after being asked. Thanks

if each "order" is a single record in the table, then you don't try to print
a specific "page" of the report; instead, you simply filter the report's
RecordSource so only the record you want is returned, then print that
record. read the OpenReport Action topic in Help, to learn how to use a
WHERE clause in the OpenReport action.
