Stock Database

dan
Hi

I am trying to create a database for a shop with a barcode reader the
problem I have is more than likely a simple one but cant get my head
around it.

the question is how do I create a form that says how many items I have
in stock but will will reduce it when I take one out automatically for
example I have 6 computers I sell one so I want it to say I have 5
left.

I also want t to be able to do a search on a product and know how many
I have in stock is this possable on access?

Kind Regards
Daniel Hardy

There is more to that question than meets the eye, as it has to do with
purchase orders, stock received, back orders, sales, and client returns.
