Automatic Back Up

Does some have the code/INSTRUCTIONs as to where to put the code for an
automatic back up every day @ 6pm?

Also, is it true that when you back up your db from <Tools> menu it will not
back up the BE if you have your database split? If so, what is the FASTEST
way to back up a split db?

If not, there's the scheduler app at mvps.org
