hi! i have some newbie problem, please help me!! be patient, i'm
beginning using access and i have a work to do :9 tnxxxxxxxxxxxx!

1) I have a mask Donations with 2 submask Private and Society. The mask
have a field TypeOfSubject that can be Private or Society. When a
record of Donations shows a Typeofsubject Private i show in the submask
Private the private's name surname etc. Idem for the society.
BUT
when i add a new Donation and set the field Typrofsubject to Private or
society i need to move from and to the record in order to see in the
correct submask the name surname etc of the Privates Societies. How i
can refresh the submask without moving from and to the record? i
imagine i have to fill something in the AfterUpdate but what?

2) How i can select a record in the submask? I've linked the mask and
the submask on the field typeofsubject in order to have in each
submskmask, records of all societies/privates but when i select a
record Donation of the parent mask i have also to select the
Private/Society corrisponding to the Donation with the join on the 2
tables(Donation-Private Donation-Society). I want only to focus on the
correct record: i don't link the mask and the submask on the join for
this means have only 1 record in the submask and i want to have all
them with the correct selected. I have to fill the afterUpdate with
something i guess

3) How i can allow the user to insert a number, select the record in a
table having that number in a certain field and generate a report to
print that records? And if i want to send the record to am excell page?
