Experience Interfacing Access with Positouch?

Hello,

I've recently completed a database that tracks my food purchases and
inventory and I want to add another piece to the database that tracks
sales. Our company's waitstaff enters order information into Positouch
terminals; I have a Positouch "server" which generates management
reports and the like. I've been exporting the Positouch data to Excel
then importing into Access (as a short term solution).

My question is - does anyone have experience interfacing Access with
Positouch? If so, can you please reccommend a starting point for
extracting itemized sales data into Access?

Best,

Kelii
