Shortcut Menu in a dialog box

I have a user who prefers using the mouse to cut and paste over the keyboard
shortcuts. The concern is that in Access 97 he was able to use shortcut
menus to paste a value into the popup dialog box for a parameter query but
cannot replicate this functionality in Access XP.

Is this a coded limitation of the Access executable or a user-
defined/registry defined setting ? Any suggestions beyond CTRL+V ?
