Convert Access97 to Access2003

I have a bunch of Access97 databases that I need to convert to
Access2003. When I try I get a message that says I'm missing
ANIBTN32.OCX.

Does this mean that I can't convert my databases?

How can I convert without getting this error. I am not able to install
anything as I am on a corporate computer that is locked down tighter
than mouse trap.

That sounds like a control to support animated buttons. Perhaps you
can replace them by regular buttons?
