Hi All

I have a database that I have created but I have a problem, I am trying
to create a report on 8 specific fields. for example if field one says
no then I want that to be put onto a report. if seven of the eight
fields say yes and the eigth field says no then I would want that
record on the same report but if all eight fields say yes then I dont
want this record. I hope this makes some sort of sense.

Please help if you can.

If any are No or Null then you want the record to show up on the
report? Air Code:

IncludeRecord: Nz([Field1],0) * Nz([Field2],0) * Nz([Field3],0) *
Nz([Field4],0) * Nz([Field5],0) * Nz([Field6],0) * Nz([Field7],0) *
Nz([Field8],0) = 0

Criteria: -1

The IncludeRecord: ... goes in the Field: box in the Query Design View
of the query used to populate your report. This assumes that Field1,
Field2, ... are Y/N fields.
