connect as Access 2K DB from Access97

Hi,

I try to connect a Access 2K db from a access 97 db. I try with a odbc
driver and it does'nt work .does anybody can help me ?

I do not think it is possible to open a NEWER database with an
OLDER version of Access... when Microsoft makes changes to the
internal structure of the MDB file to allow for new features,
that means the file is not compatible with older software

You can use (create) an ADO or DAO.dbengine.36 object,
but you can't link to those tables.
