queries - null value

P: n/a
I have a report I am trying to do. I have a database with a table with
5 questions - the possible answers are Yes, No, NOB. I am doing a
query on each question and counting the # of each answer. I am then
putting all 5 queries together, but I am getting no records. The
reason is I am joining on the date field and in one of my individual
queries, I do not have all 3 answers - the no is blank. How do I get
it to force a 0 if null. I have played with the IIf(is null), but I
can't get it to work.

Have you tried setting a default value for the field at table level?
