Formulare miteinander verknüpfen - Microsoft Access / VBA

Ich habe ein Hauptformular und möche von dort aus mehrere weitere
Formulare durch eine Schaltfläche öffnen. Über die Toolbox finde ich

zwar eine Befehlsschaltfläche, jedoch wird dadurch nur immer der erste

Datensatz geöffnet.

Beispiel:
ich befinde mich im Formular des 3. Datensatzes.
1 Datensatz lautet Müller
2 Datensatz lautet Meier
3 Datensatz lautet Huber, in dem ich mich gerade befinde.
Wenn ich jetzt ein weiteres Formular bezüglich Huber über die
Befehlschaltfläche (aus der Toolbox) aufrufen will, gelange ich jedoch

durch Betätigung der Schaltfläche im Formular auf Datensatz 1 Müller

und nicht bei Huber. Es lässt sich zwar das gewünscht Formular
aufrufen, jedoch der falsche Datensatz, immmer der erste.
Wer kann mir kurz beschreiben wie das geht, habe nur geringe
Kenntnisse.
