Lebans has buttons that simulate them at:

He also explains that the Repeat property of command buttons don't work for
changing records, unless you put your nav buttons into a subform.
You can also get the left and right arrows from the Arial font in the
unicode versions of Access (2000 and later.) About 80% of the way through
the Character map - U+25BA.
After that, there may still be several other problems to solve, including
the display of Record 1 of 9999999, where the record count is not initially
available and depends on things like Filter and ServerFilter.
