Could someone please show me how to add additional columns to the
ListView sample download provided by Stephan Lebans

Did you look at the source code behind the sample forms to see what the
difference is between those forms with a single Column and those with
Multiple columns?
It's the param that is a "2" in the code below. In the sample forms the Sub
is named "LoadListBox()".

' Add a field list window control
'Me.oleFList.AddFieldList
' Width was 275
objFList.AddFieldList "Drag & Drop ListBox", _
0, 0, 275, 250, _
m_MultiSelect, _
2, _
m_ShowCheckBoxes
