Vertical labels on forms are invisible

In my application, I have many forms. Some of these forms contains some
labels, which are placed in the header section, and act as a column
header. Because of the available space, the orientation is vertical.
This application (A2K format) is used by many users on different
platforms and with both A2K and A2K3, without problems.

However, one of the users reports that in the forms with vertical
labels, the text is invisible. When these forms are printed, the text is
invisible too. Enlarging the lable size does not solve the problem. When
I change the orientation to horizontal, the problem is solved. So, this
would be a nice workaround. However, in some case the labels cannot be
placed horizontally because the available space is insufficient.

Does anyone how to solve this problem? What could be the cause that only
with this user vertical lables are invisible?

Thank you very much for your assistance!

It's a Unicode Font related issue. Search GoogleGroups for the relevant
threads and solution.
