how can I save all database on a CD?

Hi Everybody!!

Does anyone know how I can save all Access form (with a database) on
a CD, for example? I save the file, but there's only the empty form,
without other archives.
I'd like to know step-by-step...
Thanks for a while...

sounds like you have a split front and back end. Either copy both
databases to the CD or import the contents of the tables db into the
front end and reset the links.

You can't save individual forms outside of an mdb. The mdb/e must be
saved as does the back end mdb, if it has one (see last paragraph).

I don't believe you can operate the front end (the mdb/e with the forms,
etc) properly from a cd rom, but once you copy both onto a different
computer, you need to point the front end at the new location of the
copied back end mdb. To do this, go to Tools->Database
utilities->Linked Table Manager.

This won't be any good if your mdb with the forms does not have linked
tables - to check this, go to the table tab of the database window and
see if the little icon for each table has an arrow beside it. If they
do, then the procedure I discuss above will do the trick.
