Allowing users to view only their own data

Ed
I am trying to create a access database that will allow a "user" to
login, and only view/change only the material they have entered. Also
allowing a administrator to view all the data, and create reports from
them. Any good ideas? I kinda of had an idea of creating a seperate
table with usernames and passwords then writing a visual basic and sql
combination to allow them only to view and edit their own data.

I'd look at the SeqFaq for access. Using/modifying code found there you
should be able to do what you'd like.
