Endlosformular

LB

Hi, LB

The common language in this NG is English......

Gruss

"continuous form" is what we call it (I think). Surely the number of
records you see is limited by the size of the form. Or are you saying that
the form does not even have more than 3 records?

The form has much more records, but the size of the form is always so,
that I can see only 3 records.

Then you simply need to go to the design of the form and re-size it and save
your changes. If you are only changing the size of the form, then you may
need to make some other change to the form (which you can then undo) this
forces Access to save your changes.
If you want, you could also write code in the form's OpenEvent to resize it
using DoCmd.MoveSize
