Web Form Posts

P: n/a
I wanted to know if anyone knows how to do a form post to a web page
using VB. I currently have an Access front end to a SQL source that I
use to contact some clients. If a client is interested, I have to open
a web page and fill out the form on the page. My goal is to
automatically post the data to the web page either by setting the
source code of the page or by doning some type of form post. Any help
would be appreciated.

Not sure if this will help, but if the web page is an ASP page and
the VBScript code doesn't require Request.Form("txtFieldName")
format, then you could pass the values through the querystring.

That's a lot of "ifs" but here's the article that explains how I have
accomplished that with a custom made ASP page.

If the page uses Web Services interface, you can do that too. The
call is trivial, but you need the toolkit for Access to create the class.
