The Wizard is unable to create your report

Hi Guys,
I am using Microsoft Access 2002 SP1 and when I try to create report
using Microsoft Access 2002 SP1 I get the follwing error: The Wizard is
unable to create your report.

The above-mentioned error occurs when I set HP LaserJet 4100 PCL 6 as
my default printer. But When I set KONICA MINOLTA IP-424 PS as my
default printer I can create reports without any problems.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

My system details are as follows:

MS Windows XP Version 5.1
Microsoft Access 2002 SP1

I have had similar problems with the print driver for ScanSoft's
PaperPort program. My guess (probably not a good one) is that Access
does some pre-loading of the print driver, and your print driver is
failing some test that Access requires it passes before it will display
the report. I would start by uninstalling the print driver for your
LaserJet 4100 and then reinstalling it. If that doesn't work, then my
only suggestion is "if it hurts when you jump up & down, don't jump up
& down." You may be stuck with the workaround of not having the
LaserJet as your default printer, but maybe someone else knows of a
solution?
