Removal of Internet (web) bar at the top of the window

Hi:

This is a kindergarden question, but I have somehow got an internet (web) tool bar at the
top of my Access window, and i want to get rid of it! I just cannot find out how to. Can
soimeone tell me?

go to customize and right click

Go to your View menu, click on it, choose "toolbars" near the bottom,
and click on the "Web" to turn the check mark off.

Alternatively, right click anywhere on a menu, and click on the pop up
menu to turn off the web check mark.
