Try 'xs4me' 20 times
If that does not work try Google. Your password must be 'somewhere' on the Net.

lol, funny thing is, he probably never had the password to begin with
;)
But, to be nice, I'll help...

Try holding the shift key while starting the db

Hi, xs4me doesn't work neither do pressing 'shift' key. Pressing shift
key is just make it enter the design but i have my vba project password
locked whenever i want to view my coding. Any more ideas ? Thanks.

Hmmm, xs4me apparently only works for 'me'
You might try 'xs4you' ;-)

Daniel, there are some password crackers available for Access, but this
newsgroup is probably not a good place to ask for details. A great many of
the people that support this group are professional developers who object to
theft of their intellectual property, something that can be facilitated with
the use of password crackers.

BTW - Those same professionals are the ones who regularly advise us mere
mortals - backup, backup, backup.

Apparently you took this 'xs4me' or 'xs4you' serious Daniel ...
I thought it would be obvious that I was kind of joking.

The real answer was that your password is 'somewhere on the Net'
You will have to 'Google' for the password.
So if you search for 'Access vba password ' you will get some possibilities.

Google on "password recovery". For sure, the overall database password is
easier to break than User/Group Level security. You may have to buy a
"password recovery" software package. The only free one I know about is for
Access 97.

One reason that people make light of your problem is that so many
unprincipled jerks get hold of a database, and come here asking how to get
into it, when it has in fact been secured to try to keep unprincipled jerks
out of it. And, how are we to know whether you legitimately have rights to
that database? Certainly, every person trying to crack a database tells us
some sad story of having the rights but losing the password, or a
dissatisfied employee quit, or ???

In the future, get yourself a bound book, keep it near your computer, and
use it to make a permanent record of passwords you create and the
application to which they apply.
